I reload this thing every time I want to "check and see if it's dark outside." Because, you know, it's sooooo difficult to get up and go look out the window. Note that during this time of year, Denmark never passes into the actual night. We only go into the 3rd level of twilight. If you were not aware, the three levels of twilight are:1. Civil Twilight
2. Nautical Twilight
3. Astronomical Twilight
I learned this from my favorite aunt when we were living in a campground in Oregon one summer, studying those slackwater flood deposits on the river bank. It was awesome.

3. Bike lanes. LOVE them. The bike lanes in this utopia they call the country of Denmark are so
wide you could drive a car on them. And they're all for bikes!! 3 bikes could ride abreast on a bike lane easily. They are so amazing. Raised above street level, but lower than sidewalk level. People don't walk on them, nor do they park cars on them or mistake them for a right turning lane. In fact, in a lot of places you have a nice row of parked cars between you and the road, protecting you from traffic. It's so wonderful!!!4. The song from one of my older posts.

Hi Jan cómo estas, a que no sabes? Estoy viviendo en Caracas muy cerca d la embajada d USA en colinas d bellomonte ;). Me encanta la comida thai! Y hoy preparé las trufas d chocolate con avena q me enseñaste a preparar y le puse almendras, me quedaron finas! Te vas a reir hoy mientras comia hablaba d las muchas razones por las q me gusta Europa y los paises q estan al norte y al leerte concuerdo contigo q es en muchos aspectos muy humano,limpio y placentera muchas d sus ciudades, estoy segura q todos deberiamos cambiar nuestra vision y tomar Europa como ejemplo en muchos aspectos, sin perder claro nuestra escencia d pais...o ciudadanos del mundo en armonia y tranquilidad. Me encanto tu post, y aqui en venezuela puedes rodar bicicleta pero regresarias sin ella por la inseguridad reinante Gracias a Chavez :( .
